| Hello Infinity, I can't see any error indicated in the support area but the problem now is that I can only download 3 files per day which is Infinity allowed 25 files per day in every account... Why it happen with my account, is there somebody using my account without my knowledge? or somebody hack my account? I'm guaranteed that nobody here can use my box except me, so I'm confused why I can only download 3 files per day |
