in about 3 month I intalled it and use it well, pc got virus and format

I installed software well again and restart my pc, connect box (New hardwarw found and I install supporting files says hardwarw found and read to use )

but after 5 second says usb not recognised
look in divice manager no port show up
reconect box again looking like something detected
but no communication btw box and pc

trying to format pc 5 times still no goog result

any solution for this or it is dead?
have other box like n box, infinity plus
could it be source of problem?
