I think it's bad support from Universal Box...

Of course as UB user, i'm very disappointed with no support like this.
I will think twice to buy products again from bad supporter like this.
I knew many Mobile technician in my country, and i will told this bad things..

we are trying to give a good support to our member's .so its not our fault because if your reseller saying to you
its ub server fault then every member's has a same problem then the better is you have to contact your reseller and ask from
him
