hi all,

my pinfinder cannot get detected at all.
1. i connected with infinty box (the red light on).
2. i downloaded dongle manager(latest) and select dongle upd,,activate modules.
3. selected pin-finder adapter and it ask me whether it is connected to pc,, i press yes,,

4. infinty boox is connected in com 3 and when it arrives at com 3,, pinfinder can't be detectd,,


plz help me to set this up,, where is the problem,,
