that problems come some times whit some chinese phones...
Options to fix :
#1- re-heat whit hot air the IC power charge
#2- Buy 1 Diode is 5v to 4.7 rectify is a cristal diode whit red paint
remove the Power IC charger and put the diode on pin 1 to 6....
If you don't know about repair phones, send to the seller for warranty
