Just a small addition.
We DID NOT hide any files from our users.
We have uploaded ALL files that we have in support area already.
We DID NOT have any reason to hide files from users.
We upload new flash files in support area as soon as we get it from users.
Summary: there is NO ANY REASON to ask us to upload new files due to we upload new files without any additional requests.
Even if you ask me thousand times \"plz, upload new file...\" we can not upload more files than we laready have.
Please, confirm, do you understand my explanation about files in support area ? |
