Here, my questions
:
1. What's the difference between an unlocked phone and a phone that has never been locked?
2. Is that possible for network operators to remotely lock (or ban) an unlocked phone?
3. Are there different classes of unlock codes that can partially or completely unlock a phone?
4. Do (Motorola) service centers know if the phone has ever been locked?
