Hello,

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong and how to help you.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.
