What I did: Flash fone with
ZTE-A35_Main_LP_TELMA-P108A5B01-Fr-MG01_g3dBV2.0_Jun-19-2007....Didn't Unlock during Flash, then unlock after flashing.
Been Flashing and unlocking this after soooo long time, finally got the right Flashfile to REALLY unlock this fone.

PS: to change language to English: Menu 4,1,1>english
