I have download the 3 software but it's not working for me...
on 2 of the programs it's give me always an error
101 can't connect with phone.
the other program is not doing anything.
and on the one that the imei can be change there is place for only 14 digits.
Do I need to turn of the phone? to leave the sim inside?
please help
