1- Phone ask for "Phone Lock code"

1. Power off the phone.
2. Connect the Clip to the phone using RJ45 cable i Press UNLOCK button.
3. Press Power button on the phone within 5 seconds after i press UNLOCK button on the Clip. RX/TX leds is blink.
4. E/G led glow red.

The cable is ok!

Phone can't unlock

2-Phone ask for "Subsidy pwd:"

2. Connect the Clip to the phone using RJ45 cable i Press UNLOCK button.
3. Press Power button on the phone within 5 seconds after i press UNLOCK button on the Clip. RX/TX leds is blink.

by using the same cable but insert sim still ask for the "Subsidy pwd:" enter "0000" can't be unlock
