motorola v170 S/W V9.1.28 cant flash

i want to convert v170 imei start at 011 i removed cpu cut the N1 ball but still cant flash always show this error ... i check this and flash again but still same

"repair mode" connection (cut track)
"soft restore" cutted track during flash

heres the logs

this phone give me headaches please help me infinity team
