If I understand everything well situation is (please, correct me if I am wrong):
1. customer bring you phone days ago
2. you have unlocked phone
3. phone was working after unlock
4. customer used phone for some time
5. customer returned and claim that phone not works (can not power-on)
6. you tried to connect phone to software and it is not possible now
Is it correct phone history ? |
