When you got to unlock ,just write eeprom file and that phone work fine,file is E250d.sep.No need to write full flash,write eprom,not unlock,and that all.It's very easy to discovery who is e250 an e250d just look to battery conector to colour of mainbord .For all who got full flash e250d and that phone remain in handsfree mode(no sound,no mic.)just dismantled that phone and short for 2 sec battery of mainbord.
