1. Back Up RPL
2. Change Flash I.c, 3510i or 3530 Flash i.c,Then
3. Add a Ram To It
4. Flash It To 3510i,,Use Rh-9 V5.35 Flash File
5. Change The 3 Filters The 850/1900 mhz rx And 1900 mhz tx Filter,
6. Put A Jumper From Uem To Pa
7. Write Pm
8. Unlock
