| may sound stupid if you have gone into changing chips etc but have you checked its not something simple like the on/off switch as i have had to change dozens of these on 8310, mainly due to ill fitting non genuine fascias lifting them off the pcb pads.
as i said above sometimes we look passed the obvious to the difficult (apologies if you have checked this) |
