When I try to unlock N78 Movistar phone with BB5 trk unlocker (usb cable) everything went good until I get this:

So I can understand that a code is not correct, but why My credit is taken?

When I buy this dongle it says: 1 credit per Unlock.

So this not a unlock I think.

Please advice.
