It you're going to experiment with flashing on these phones (specifically the C35), is it possible to backup everything in the phone so that whatever you do to it, you can restore the original configuration?

Also, what do the different areas do? Looking at "Ziemens x3x Series Workshop 1.22", it has four different memory areas:

Core Code (Fairly obvious) EE_FS (?) Language (Also fairly obvious) EEPROM (configuration info?)

Is the CEE area part of these, or separate?

The program "Siemens TOOL by KOCI ver. 5.20.0" has the following list:

Language file Flash update Full flash image Unlocking file EE

Does the "Full flash image" contain everything I need to restore the phone (including the original IMEI)? If not, what else do you need to save?
