hi great forum, i didt think i cud ever get some help with these china phones!

I have the ciphone 3g model, same looks white back with 16gb blah blah on it, the back does not open freely, 8gb inside

my problem is when i make or recieve a call the phone cuts off the call and goes blank for a few seconds then returns to the main menu like nothing happened! so im left with a phone that cannot call lol

also this happens with the flow mp3 menu if using memory card option, it doesnt load the flow menu it just blacks out the screen then cuts back to the main menu

can anyone help me in this 2 matters?
