i have a question about this.how do we calculate for instance.i have here a customer who brought a phone for repair/rpl calculation.the problem is he only bought this as board and he dont have the original imei of the phone.how do we do this phone?since we dont have the original imei and we dont have the back housing with the original imei since he only bought this as board plus the unit is 123456.hope to hear from you....
