) how easily people forgot "old style" iphone attack.
for least hassle on transferring files, i suggest diskaid from
http://www.digidna.net/diskaid/ this saves much time, but you must still have a terminal app on phone for other commands.

this requires a jailbroken phone, ssh and of course your usb cable and some brain to work.
