| in PORT 2 you must select the port where you have BOX CONNECTED, when you connect box to PC it creates COM VIRTUAL PORT based in the USB port, sometimes you use FIGHTER DRIVERS to recognize box, other times you get something like USB <-> COM or if you correct installed box with correct drivers just get a COM PORT NUMBER, check where is your case, that based in your words seems to be the SPHERE GSM FIGHTER CABLE and do jobs ....
