ok the dongle activation is working good for the box and adapter (seems working) when i'm try to do pinfinder he recognizing the Pinfinder adapter and when im try to find pinout automatic this is the log :

someone said to me the problem is that he sold me used pinfinder that was used by other box before and thats the problem its not working this is maybe true? and my activation to the language software editor still not working, and I paid for this thing before a week ago.
