hi every one. i got a K800 phone which was dead. i tried to flash the phone but it was giving me following message:

but know i am even not able to identify the phone, i tried both usb and com cables but no result.
the battery is fully charged.
the phone is not water damaged

i know it can be fixed with testpoint but the problem is that the phone is not communicating with software
