The trouble is that the unlocking procedure varies depending on the IMEI of the phone - the guys and ladies on the free forums all use the standard procedure which works with some firmware/IMEI numbers but not most of the V2.54's and above.

You need to know the IMEI series block before you can work out the correct procedure - my advice if you post it to a free one then only try the code ONCE, they do not use the non-standard procedures so if you are lucky enough to get a "standard" one then great if not try a professional with a good history or else you will HARDLOCK it.
ALSO - You should always try the +1 code, unlike most others the +7 or +5 codes add nothing - IF its gonna work it will work with the +1 standard and if it aint then nothing is to be gained by trying the others.
