I have removed diode, connected bench PSU directly to Batt+ and increased BSI resistance to 15k. Phone goes into 'test mode' now (I'm sure it was 'local mode' before) but still the same result. Goes right through the unlock procedure ok but fails right at the end.

Can anyone help please, I am tearing my hair out?
