I turned on phone after it had died an i had charged it. I turned it on an after it was done doing it normal up load thing that it does, A box showed up on the screen that said "Configuration error. Please contact your service provider or service center.
i can't get to anything at all. it won't allow me to do anything. i need my phone. can some one please help me. an might i add im phone technology dumb so to the person that can help me or persons can you explain how to fix it in detail.
