YOu do not answer anymore, even if it is your fault !! YOUR FAULT !!!

I have 39 credits (euros) on my account! Send this back to me, because i don´t want to do do anything with you in the future. You only cheat me, and don´t help even if you make mistakes like i have explained in the thread (link added)

Send me back my 39 Euro i have on the account...it´s enough that i have lost 11 Euros for nothing, and people tell bad about me, because i have promised them to unlock their handys with your service !!
