I suggest you guys write a mail to Lina, I ve read here in the forum that she is very helpfull ! I have not personlly written with her, but it is worth a shot. I do understand that you do not have login or password to the subscriber site because you bought it second hand, but I can sent you any files, because then my login and password would proberly be removed/closed, i hope you understand that.

And Borixon, I dont think that I've been writing "stupid" words, this is what I wrote in second post
"then I suggest that you write them a mail, or write a mail to the person who have supplied you with this dongle and ask for login to support area"
Have you written a mail to them, or the person who you bought the dongle from yet ????
