Finding MTK pinout's easy. Find pins with close to 2.7v and 2.8v on them when phone is on. There should be 2 or 3 of them. One will be RX, the other will be TX. There was a guide that explains this in more detail but I can't find it now.
Someone might come along and post the correct pinout for your model, but in my experience this takes about 5 minutes, and works 99.99% of the time, so it would be quicker than waiting
Plus you never know with MTK Phones, as there could be several hardwares sold under N73 model.
For Spread you will need to find the service mode pin that you'll either have to pull high or low (tie to ground or vBat), that'll make your phone enter service mode when connected.
