after years of launching the mtnl has finally provided the software for pantech. the link is available on the following page: http://delhi.mtnl.net.in/services/garuda_internet.htm

hope it will allow you to run the software. the formulae for the modem of mtnl is at+crm=2, the username is mtnl and the password is mtnl123.
