| No idea.. I use the cable 1110A of my old HWK cable pack and works perfect.. obviously I connect it directly to the box without the yellow adapter as it is DCT4.
Try cleaning a bit the pinouts on the telephone with a cotton bud and as well unplug the box and plug it back before retry.
