i made unlock for 3.12 3g and 3gs via usb using blacksn0w off course

download , simlpe 2x click on install.bat
reboot your device
thats it !

edit
if you used custom firmware juzs install
if you used blackra1n to jailbreak be shure that you have afc2add installed
