Dear friends,

This is my first thread in this huge forum. So i apologise if i post the thread in the wrong section.

i have a 6230i. But the problem with this set is that when i charge it fully, after sometime (1 to 2 hours or after listening 3 or 4 songs only) its battery level goes to lowest and it shutdown. i have changed the battery with new one 2 times but the same problem occurs. Please tell me the solution of this problem. Is it software issue or hardware.?...
