I thinke your mobile is new boot version. so you fast orginal flash this version > iPhone2,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore_3GS . then agine flash this version (custom firmware)> iPhone2,1_3.1.2_7D11_Custom_Restore_3GS

after flash all is ok then unlock. 1000% your problem solved
