What are you trying to back up? I don't know if you could transfer images from 6310i to a 7250i through LogoManager.
It sounds like a LogoManager bug, not a 7250i bug.
I don't get your last sentence:
When you mentioned 'dies', does the phone turn itself off and you can't turn it on again? Or does it turn itself off and on again?
The general term for 'reset' is to switch the phone off, then on again. Do you mean to reset the settings totally as when you got it brand new? (restore factory settings?) |
