Hello,
I suggest you to flash phone with thee next firmware files:
1. KP199-00-V10h-404-00-APR-02-2009_KP199_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.7S7339IN00-003-R1G_En_Hi.B0M.bin
2. KP199-00-V10e-ARB-XX-APR-09-2009_KP199_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.7S7339SA00-002-R1C_En_Ru_Fr_Urdu_Farsi_Ar.B0M.bin
do not forget to check battery voltage !!!
