Structure your project and choose carefully your team members. Buy here your own section or make a own Board an your Website.
Switch to Fully GUAR board was unfortunately really the downfall. The number of hits and Users here are no comparison to GUAR.
A hard core would also GUAR to follow, but never the masses. You'll make a good decision.
