Ya there is hang prob. Occured some time with software problem and cos of cpu / upp damage (with fallen or water damage ) but always not. We must flash 1st but should not rehot cpu / upp immediatly. 50 % of hang prob. Can be cos of damaged REALTIME CRYSTAL CLOCK ( black long gadget like a rice near flash ic). 1st Change it I am sure your prob. Will solved. And remember Ever rehot the cpu / upp at last.
