i am behind a 5220 contact service last one week.tried many m ethods-no scope-details in below links .

but set still in contact service-one thing i noted after erase pm contact service solved-but imei is 123456-10-654321-?
but when again write certicate -set in contact service-imei ok-security test failed.
so i am sure contact service in software.
TO WHICH AREA OF PM REGOIN EFFECT WHEN RESTORE CERTIFICATE BACKUP?
