What is the difference between "Network" (N) & "Service Provider" (SP) ?

I recently received NCK & SPCK for a locked ZTE phone.
Neither worked ..... but please explain which one I should use.
My service provider is the same as the network = T-mobile (UK) .. I think !

Thanks
in most cases u would use the NCK - Network Control Key

Phones can be locked like this

Network Lock
Service Provider Lock
Corporate Code
Phone Code
Network Subset Lock

for example..

however if both your codes are not working id check if youve been given the right code and also if your putting in correctly
