change the host file from c\windows\system32/drivers/etc/hots open with notepad and the end of the file paste this / 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com and save it.
1. now restore your 3gs with 3.1.2 orignal firmwaer. when restore done. jailbrake with use blackra1n. download here
www.blackra1n.com for unlock use blacksn0w. your phone is back working enjoy. when your phone working dont switch off it or dontt restart it .. if u restart u go in recovery mode. for back use blackra1n again
