First of all Hi.

I have the above phone and the joystick is dead the connectors have been cleaned and told its not worth the cost to repair, cant scroll and i need my contacts that are on the phone, (yeah i know i should of done back ups)

1. HOW DO I REPAIR THE JOYSTICK

2. IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE THAT I CAN USE TO GET MY CONTACTS OFF THE PHONE WITH OUT USING THE PHONE.
