Hello, i not think so. In the dongle prices we are inform users about exist not fully payed dongles and this dongles sell only ipmart.

But try understand me correctly, ofcourse when i have prob with ipmart i make execute him as lost new updates. but i not possible fully removed/banned ipmart dongles, because on ipmart factory working peoples who also have a phamily, wifes, child .. me is impossible to make fully closed/banned supported ipmart dongles because he are also humanity and he also pay this dongles quote to me at old time.
