Also can try this:
PLEASE DISCONNECT USB CABLE: OK!
PLEASE RECONNECT USB CABLE!
IF ACTIVESYNC STILL RUNNING PLEASE OPEN ACTIVESYNC,
GO TO FILE\CONNECTION SETTINGS AND
DISABLE ALLOW USB CONNECTIONS!
