how to solve this problem ?
1.
First of all u need good pm with SX4
( do SX4/super SX4 after that pm1 and pm309 )
2.
if not solved than
check CCC and HWC certificates
How to repair CCC and HWC certificates ?
backup RPL than open it in notepad
there u will see NPC data after that CCC data and HWC data
just replace CCC and HWC data with manole's uploaded clone RPL's ( of same model )

recover certificates ( go to service --> than imei & security --> than imei rebuild --> recover cert BUTTON )

if still same than
Repair SL
REPAIR SD
SUPER SD AUTH
write PM1 and PM309

if still same than
make RPL backup
full erase
than flash
than rpl
than Repair SL
than SD repair
than super AUTH
than PM
6.
after all these steps if still same than i am here for don't worry
