Thanks for the answer. I checked from support under Vodafone 541 and the page says I should check for Flashfiles under ALCATEL 708.
Over there, I find flashfiles similar to the firmwares in Vodafone 541.
I chose one Flashfile beginning with this:708x-2EVDPT-117B-XN17FG72-JRDSZ225---------.
I could not get Language/Customization Pack as well as EEPROM FILES,so I chose the only available ALCATEL 708 EEEPROM File.
I flashed 1 of the Handsets with these Files and the result is a dead PHONE!
Please, which files should I choose!___ I mean,should I choose only Firmware File or both Firmware + Customization/Language Packs?
Please your guidelines will be greatly appreciated.
