All files in support area is virus free. If you see false virus alert with files downloaded from support area you can check files with online virus scanners to be sure that your PC is not infected:
- Kaspersky online virus scan Virus File Scanner
- Virustotal VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan
- Test your PC security PC Flank: Make sure you're protected on all sides.
