Broadcast Channel

ccc is the channel number
rr is the received signal level

Standalone (?) Dedicated Control Channel

rr is the received signal level (0-63)
ss output power (0-33 in GSM900 or 0-43 when in DCS1800)
t is the timeslot (position in time multiplex)
q error rate (from 0 to 7)
dd is the distance from the BTS (in multiplies of 547m, I think)


Traffic Channel
