I purchased this phone back in Nov 2009 it worked 9 days, then windows wouldn't boot, sent it back to china they corrected it and everything works including WIFI, BUT!!!! I can't call out. It has an X over the sim card Icon and I recieve a missing sim card when trying to call or text.

There is a lot of information on this site I'm not sure where to start?

Is there anyone that can help?
